Not hard for me. I was just so ---king glad to have the surgery over. My kids were old enough to do some things for themselves. I had a lot of downtime to chill with TV, and then we were all off the 2nd week of recovery regardless for spring break, so worry about job time loss was minimal.
Other than having one really ugly "acid trip"-type dream due to oxycontin, (which I never took again), It was ALMOST a vay-cay from work!
